Part of the 2019 Alaska Collection, Wild Blueberry is inspired by the tart, nutrient berries that all Alaskan residents (human and animal) know and love to collect for their sweet flavor and nutrients. This colorway is a dark blue with pops of green and purple and some white spots.

Basic Sock: 75/25 Superwash Merino & Nylon; 462 Yards; 100 grams.
Basic Sock is our super strong, low pill sock weight yarn. This is your standard daily wear sock yarn.

Basic DK: 75/25 Superwash Merino & Nylon; 245 Yards; 100 grams.
A super strong, low pill, DK base. Perfect for sweaters and accessories and blankets.

Sparkle Sock: 75/20/5 Superwash Merino/Nylon/Stellina; 438 Yards; 50 grams.
A strong spun sock weight yarn with a tiny hint of glimmer spun into the yarn.

Suri Fluff: 74/26 Baby Suri Alpaca & Silk; 328 yards; 50 grams
As soft and fluffy as duck down, our suri fluff lace weight yarn is perfect for light weight sweaters and make finished projects extra soft with a small halo when held double with our Basic Sock or Basic DK yarns.

Bulky: 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool; 109 Yards; 100 Grams.
So soft, fluffy, and squishy, this 2 ply bulky yarn is made of dreams.

Although most of our bases are superwash wool, I recomend that all finished projects are hand washed and layed flat to dry.
Bad Sheep Yarn strives to represent the true colors of our yarn in the photos we post. Please keep in mind when ordering that some computer monitors have different light settings.

Perfect Shading

The colors are perfect for its namesake. It looks exactly like the blue berries I picked this Summer. Looking at it in November makes me happy and think of next years berries!

So incredibly soft fluff with intense color

I bought this in the fluff weight, and not having ordered lace weight before I mixed with with Denali to make a headband to see how it worked out. I think next I will double up the yarn to make a hat that has the incredibly light overall weight but warmth of alpaca for my winter adventure hat here in Alaska. These colors perfectly capture one of my favorite time of year here picking blueberries in the woods with purple stained fingers and the deep blue berries in my bucket.
