Refund policy

We have a very easy return policy at BSY. If you are unhappy with your order or if you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply fill out the return/exchange form by clicking here.

We can only accept returns on yarn if the ties have not been cut. We do not offer returns on wound/caked skeins or digital products such as knitting and crochet patterns.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order under EU Directive 2023/2673, without giving a reason. Skeins with cut ties, wound or caked skeins, orders that included our skein winding/caking service, and digital products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
