We have a very easy return policy at BSY. If you are unhappy with your order or if you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply fill out the return/exchange form below.

We can only accept returns on yarn if the ties have not been cut. We do not offer returns on digital products such as knitting and crochet patterns.
