Under EU Directive 2023/2673, customer in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. BSY allows customers to return their order for any reason. BSY allows customers to return items up to 30 days after receiving them without any reason. Skeins that have had the ties cut or have used our winding (caking) service are not eligible for return and are exempt from withdrawal.
