Bad Sheep Yarn Livestream Giveaway: Official Rules & Conditions

Sponsor: Bad Sheep, LLC ("Bad Sheep Yarn")

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory, at the time of entry.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  • Employees of Bad Sheep, LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to win.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry is available during the Bad Sheep Yarn Livestream on October 7, 2026.
  • Participants must enter by submitting their name and email address during the livestream entry period.
  • Each person may submit only one (1) entry. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  • The winner must respond in the livestream chat within the designated time to claim the prize, or email support@badsheepyarn.com during the livestream.

3. Prize

  • One (1) Socktober Box, with an approximate retail value of $96 USD.
  • One (1) prize will be awarded, and only one (1) prize per person.
  • Shipping to a valid address within the United States or Canada is provided by Bad Sheep Yarn. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random during the livestream broadcast.
  • The winner must respond in the livestream chat within the designated time to claim the prize.
  • Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being declared a winner.
  • If the selected winner does not respond or does not meet the eligibility requirements, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
  • The winner will be contacted after the livestream to coordinate prize delivery or shipping.

5. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Bad Sheep Yarn, which are final and binding.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bad Sheep Yarn reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  • Bad Sheep Yarn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues or other circumstances compromise the fairness or integrity of the event.
  • Entrants agree to allow Bad Sheep Yarn to use their first name, state or province, and prize details for winner announcements and promotional purposes.
  • Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely to administer the promotion and in accordance with Bad Sheep Yarn's Privacy Policy.
  • Entries must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and the terms of any platform used to enter. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.

6. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or any other streaming platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bad Sheep Yarn is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues during the livestream
  • Interruptions, disconnections, or other problems affecting participation or winner selection

Participation in this giveaway constitutes agreement to release Bad Sheep Yarn and its representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
