Pattern Design Program
Design and co-release patterns with Bad Sheep Yarn. You retain the full rights to your design, receive a paid commission for your design, and royalties for every pattern sold on our website.

Partner Design Program
Are you interested in becoming a Bad Sheep Yarn pattern designer? Our program allows designers to create and sell their patterns on our platform, while being compensated fairly. At BSY we feel that pattern designers and yarn companies are equally important to the fiber community, and we have created a program that prioritizes fair compensation and transparency.
Types of Patterns: We are accepting submissions for both crochet and knitting patters. At the moment we are primarily interested in hat, sock, accessory, sweater, blankets patterns, and any patterns geared toward knit and crochet beginners. Please feel free to submit any idea you have using the form below. You can contact us here if you have any questions.
Benefits:
- Designers can set their retail price and will receive 50% of the retail price for each patterns sold or distributed through our website
- You retain full rights to co-release the pattern on your own website and sales platforms and retain 100% of all sales through your own channels
- We pay flat-commissions for original designs to compensate your for your work
- We include yarn support, and cover all tech editing fees, and will cover all costs associated with the sample
- You also receive the benefits included in our affiliate program, coupon codes for testers, and will be provided media assets and photos for promotional use

Affiliate Program
Join our affiliate program and earn 15% on every purchase made using your affiliate link or coupon code. Cookies are tracked for 14 days through our website. Affiliate payments are made at the beginning of every month through your PayPal account, and there are no monthly minimums.
Benefits:
- 15% on all purchases made through your affiliate code or affiliate coupon
- Monthly payouts and no minimum payout threshold
- We will occasionally send you new products to test or showcase on your platforms
Requirements:
- You must be an influencer or pattern designer in the fiber arts space
- You must apply through the form on our website. Approvals and space are limited for this program.
- You are required to create an account through our affiliate tracking system and connect a PayPal account to receive monthly payouts
- Clicks and traffic on the affiliate codes must remain active. Accounts without substanative traffic for 180 days or more, will be deactivated
