Bad Sheep Yarn Livestream Giveaway — Official Rules & Conditions

Event Date: October 30, 2025

Sponsor: Bad Sheep, LLC (“Bad Sheep Yarn”)

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

  • Employees of Bad Sheep, LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to win.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry is available during the Bad Sheep Yarn Livestream on October 30, 2025.

  • Participants must enter by submitting their name and email address during the livestream entry period.

  • Each person may submit only one (1) entry. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

  • Contestants must be present in the livestream chat at the time of the drawing and must respond when called. If a selected winner does not respond within the allotted time, another winner will be selected.

3. Prizes

Several prizes will be awarded throughout the livestream, including:

  • 1x Winter Solstice Box — $315 value

  • 1x Sleepy Hollow Box — $195 value

  • 1x Three-Skein Pairing (Upstate, Juliet & Elinor) — up to $96 value (based on winner’s choice)

Only one (1) prize per person will be awarded.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random during the livestream broadcast.

  • Winners must respond in the livestream chat within the designated time to claim their prize.

  • If a selected winner does not respond, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.

  • Winners will be contacted after the livestream to coordinate prize delivery or shipping.

5. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Bad Sheep Yarn, which are final and binding.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Bad Sheep Yarn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues or other circumstances compromise the fairness or integrity of the event.

  • Entrants agree to allow Bad Sheep Yarn to use their first name, state, and prize details for winner announcements and promotional purposes.

  • Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely to administer the promotion and in accordance with Bad Sheep Yarn’s Privacy Policy.

6. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or any other streaming platform.

By entering, you release these platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bad Sheep Yarn is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues during the livestream

  • Interruptions, disconnections, or other problems affecting participation or winner selection

Participation in this giveaway constitutes agreement to release Bad Sheep Yarn and its representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
