We're going on Christmas break!

2024 has been an amazing year, and from all of us at BSY, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of making this year great. December 20th will be our last day in the studio before we go on our annual holiday break. November and December are always extremely busy, and as a thank-you to our staff for all their hard work, we like to give them a week off to enjoy time with family and friends.

Here are the important dates for December:

December 16th – The last day to order if you want it shipped out before our Christmas break! While this doesn't guarantee that it will arrive before Christmas, we will send it on its way. Orders placed after the 16th may not be fulfilled until we return from our break on December 30th.

December 19th – Last BSY Live of 2024 – We won't be hosting a Live on December 26th, so this will be the final one of the year. Join us at 7 PM CST on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.

December 20th – Our last day in the studio. If you need customer service support, please email us at contact@badsheepyarn.com. We will respond more slowly during our break and will only address major customer service issues. All other emails will be answered when we return.

December 30th – We're back in the studio and will begin fulfilling orders in the order they were received. Please allow 5–10 business days for fulfillment as we catch up. If you requested skein winding services, please allow an additional 5 days.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us this year. There are so many vendors, businesses, makers, artists, and yarn shops that are an essential part of our success as a company, and we appreciate all that you do. To all of our customers, thank you for your continued support. You are the reason we’re able to keep doing what we love year after year. We are so grateful and excited to share our plans for 2025 with you.
