Here are a few things you should know about your customer account on our new website...
- No password is needed to log in to your account! Every time you log in, just enter your email, and a 6-digit code will be emailed to you. Use that code to log right in!
- Past pattern downloads will not show up on your account. Send us a message if you need a copy of a pattern you've purchased! Any future pattern purchases will be available for download on your account profile page which you can find by logging in and clicking on the order.
- All your Rewards points & past purchases were transferred to your new customer account! If you find that something doesn't look right, send us an email and we can get it fixed for you.
Switching up our website has been quite the job, and it always comes with typos and hiccups. Thank you for your patience with us as we make this transition, and if you notice something that isn't working right, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know!
