The Luxury Collection and Pattern Suggestions

It's quickly approaching. The time of year where I pour myself a glass of Merlot, binge every season of the Great British Baking show while furiously knitting as many Christmas gifts as my little dye-stained hands can pump out. It's gift making season!!!
Over the years I have come to realize that not everyone is as enthusiastic about having hand knit socks that look like they've just emerged from a fabulous explosion of color (their loss). But I've also realized that I can't NOT knit gifts for the people I love. So when it comes to mingling the beautiful world of hand dyed yarn and our treasured friends and family, sometimes it's nice to have a color pallet that combines the best of both worlds when planning out your knitted gifts.

New to the Bad Sheep Yarn shop, I introduce to you the Luxury Collection. A stunning blend of rich semi-solid colorways that exude luxurious fibers and colors.

I get A LOT of questions about pattern suggestions and I'm listening! I've put together a list of some great patterns that would look stunning with this four skein collection. There's some amazing knit and crochet designers out there. If you come across any more good ones, send them my way to

Remember that art is in your heart and your work is beautiful!
